Greater Royal Oak Democratic Club Meeting
Kathleen Duffy is a Royal Oak resident and is a planning consultant with the Smith Group, a planning and architectural firm. She will be discussing how a master plan and digital engagement can help a community articulate and achieve its vision, as well as the status of Royal Oak's master plan (and why it needs to be redone). We will also touch on some proposed zoning changes with City Commissioner Sharlan Douglas. (Current City Master Plan - https://www.romi.gov/301/Master-Plan)
