How to Talk About Climate Justice: A Webinar Training

How to talk about Climate Justice: A Webinar Training

Hosted by the Northern Oakland County Branch NAACP, Michigan Sierra Club Beyond Coal, and Clean Water Action Michigan

Facebook Event Page

Register HERE (you must register in advance for this meeting)

In Oakland County, we have one chance to help stop climate change. Right now, we have a commission and county executive that can take action to protect our environment. However, they need to hear from us and endorse our plan sponsored by Clean Water Action, Sierra Club, NAACP Northern Oakland County, Sunrise, and the Michigan League of Conservation Voters.

I ask you to attend our lobby training on May 13th, 2020 at 7pm titled "How to talk about Climate Change: A Webinar for Techniques for Lobbying and Narrative Training"

Our current crisis should serve as another message that we need to think globally and act at all levels. We're approaching our goal of one hundred volunteer sign-ups after just two months! It is critical that we reach that number to build grassroots momentum. Otherwise, we will be leaving behind a polluted world for our children and grandchildren.
