Coffee, Computers, and Conversation: Let's Talk Mental Health!

This week's Friday virtual coffee hour will be focused on mental health and includes 2 very special guests - Sydney Reiter, LMSW, ACSW, a well-known, local psychotherapist who has helped individuals and couples for more than 30 years with crisis situations and long-term healing and Lauren Reagan, LMSW, Behavioral Health Director at Honor Community Health, who will join me to talk about the mental health challenges facing children right now, and who can provide us all with some advice on how to best help our children cope with the stress and anxiety that the COVID-19 pandemic is causing.

Grab your computer and your coffee and come chat with me from the comfort and safety of your own home! While we are officially "Staying Home to Stay Safe," my regular coffee chit chats are being moved online to Facebook but the basic concept is the same - open and honest dialogue in an informal setting. It will obviously be a bit different, but I think we will make it work.

I am planning on hosting these every Friday for the next several weeks and I hope you will join me! Each week we will try to bring in different special guests.
