Melissa is running in the 8th Congressional District which includes Rochester, Rochester Hills, and across to East Lansing.She has been the President of the Screen Actors Guild for two terms, member of the executive council for the AFL-CIO and a union member since she was two years old! In addition to her successful film and television career, she is an author and mother of two boys. She is committed to helping Michigan Families and protecting the rights of women.
