Indivisible Huron Valley - Self Care

Indivisible Huron Valley - Self Care is for Everyone

Facebook Event Page

As activists, we have often been guilty of over-extending ourselves. In addition, the current Covid-19 crisis is leaving people feeling ever more isolated and stressed. The focus of this meeting will be to help us develop a tool kit for coping as we adjust to this changing environment. We need to take care of ourselves so we are able to give our best, not just what is left over.

Our speaker will be:

Ronda Pretzlaff Diegel, PhD, LP, E-RYT-500: Ronda is a licensed, practicing psychologist with extensive training in yoga, mindfulness, and the Enneagram. She weaves together her skills as a psychotherapist, yoga/meditation teacher, and cofounder/codirector of the Michigan Enneagram Center to create opportunities for greater self-understanding, compassion, and personal healing.

This will be a virtual meeting. The link will be sent with our regular newsletter. If you do not receive the link, please contact us at: info@indivisiblehv.com
