Birmingham Bloomfield Democratic Club meeting featuring presenters from four petition campaigns: Reproductive Rights, Promote the Vote, One Fair Wage, and Prison Sentence Reform, along with Amanda Shelton, candidate for 6th Circuit Court Judge. Socializing at 6:30 and Forum will begin at 7:00. Bloomfield Township Hall, 4200 Telegraph Rd. South of Long Lake.

Join us for our February meeting as we welcome two of the candidates running for Oakland County Circuit Court Judge.

Lorie Savin is an award winning referee with more than twenty years of experience in family law. Her expertise has been widely praised during her thirteen years of service to the Court and the families of Oakland County.

Clarence Dass is an award winning defense attorney specializing in criminal, family, juvenile and municipal law, and leads The Dass Law Firm. He previously served as assistant prosecuting attorney for the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office from 2012 to 2016 serving in the elite special victims section.

We will also hear an update from Debbie Rosenman on updates to building the Precinct Delegate program and recruitment.

Please note, this meeting is at the Bloomfield Township Hall, where we will host all meetings going forward, NOT the Township Library.

Please join the BB Dems on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 6:30pm-8:30pm at our new primary meeting location, the Bloomfield Township Hall, located at 4200 Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Township as we hold our annual Executive Board election.

Note that while the January meeting will be held on a Thursday, after that our normal monthly meetings will move to the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Township hall, although this may vary for specific meetings.

In order to vote on the executive board positions, you do have to have paid your 2020 BB Dems dues before or at the meeting.
