OCDP April Executive Committee Meeting
Our April Executive Committee meeting will be on Tuesday, April 13th at 7pm and will be held virtually using Zoom.
Special Guest Attorney General Dana Nessel will be joining us to let us know what her office has been working on!

The finalized agenda and minutes will be sent to all registered individuals on the day of the meeting.
The Executive Committee will be considering the following proposed Bylaws Amendments:
- Article IV, Section 2 - Adding Committee Chairs to Officers
- Article VI, Section 6 - Quarterly General Membership Meetings
- Article IX, Section 1 - Amending the process by which bylaw amendments are proposed
- Article IV, Section 2 - Remove At-Large Appointed Officer roles

Our OCDP Parliamentarian, Murray Gorchow, has put together some Robert's Rules resources. You do not have to be an expert on Robert's Rules to participate in our meetings, but we hope that this information helps our meetings to run smoothly and to help everyone get more comfortable with the basics of Robert's Rules.
