Our March Executive Committee meeting will be on Tuesday, March 9th at 7pm and will be held virtually using Zoom.

• The Executive Committee will be discussing and voting on the following Bylaws Amendments:
  • Article V, Section 3 - Changing "30 days" to "20 days" in compliance with Michigan Election Law and MDP Rules
  • Article IV, Section 2 - Adding Standing Committee Chairs to Officers
• As a reminder, only Executive Committee Members are eligible to vote or make motions at Executive Committee meetings. Here is a list of the OCDP Executive Committee Members. *If you are unsure if you are an Executive Committee Member, please check before the meeting!

You do not have to be an expert on Robert's Rules to participate in our meetings, but we hope that this information helps our meetings to run smoothly and to help everyone get more comfortable with the basics of Robert's Rules.
