Happy New Year!

Please join us on January 20 at 7 pm for our first meeting of 2022. This will be another huge election year and we will need everyone's involvement if we are going to be successful electing Democrats up and down the ticket.

The Michigan Independent Citizen's Redistricting Commission has approved their final maps and all of our districts have been reconfigured.

Check out our the new US Congressional Map, State Senate map, State House map, and County Commission map on our club website: ophwdems.org.

All of our cities will now be in the newly drawn 11 Congressional District.

There will be a Democratic primary between 2 current US Congresspeople: Andy Levin (currently representing the 9th CD) and Haley Stevens (currently representing the 11th CD). Congressman Andy Levin will join our meeting to introduce himself, explain why he is running in this new district and answer our questions.

We will also have a presentation from the Oakland County Democratic Party's Community Support Committee.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you on January 20.
