5-10 PM Friday, September 14

11 AM to 10 PM, Saturday, September 15

11 AM to 6 PM, Sunday, September 16

There is also a Parade on Saturday, starting at 9 AM, from Troy High School south to Boulan Park.  TDC members will start gathering at 8 AM. [Map]
