Chef Victoria is offering 3 options of oven-ready dinner for two, delivered to your home in support of Nicole Breadon, candidate for Michigan House of Representatives, District 43. All dinners will be accompanied by Chef Victoria’s Vineyard salad for two - gourmet greens, blue cheese crumbles, walnuts, purple onion, dried cherries with her amazing raspberry vinaigrette with a side of french baguette.
Dinner options:
Pasta Saint-Tropez(Vegetarian)
Angel hair pasta, fresh spinach, Chef Victoria’s very own blend of artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, scallions, olive oil, herbs and goat cheese. $75
Seafood crepes
Crepes stuffed with a blend of shrimp, crab, salmon, and lobster and topped with a sherry cream sauce. $100
Steak tips Bourguignon
Seasoned and seared tenderloin tips with roasted mushrooms, bacon, carrots & pearl onions in a pinot noir demi-glace served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes. $125
